Rachael has 20+ years experience as a litigation law clerk. Prior to joining Wortzman Nickle, Rachael practiced for 11 years at one of Canada's leading litigation law firms where she pioneered a litigation support role and spearheaded an e-discovery committee. She has extensive experience in large document management projects. She has attended many e-discovery conferences and obtained ILCO Fellowship certificates in e-discovery and litigation management. Rachael has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a member of Technology and eDiscovery Canada.
Rachael's interest in e-discovery sparked at a litigation support conference held at Niagara-on-the-Lake in 2004 and her passion for e-discovery continues to this day. Rachael enjoys going to the cottage, reading, and competing in dog shows with her dog, Cedar.
